We dance your way

Kids & Adults with Disabilities

Our instructors are trained in the needs of those living with disabilities. We support individuals with Autism, Downs syndrome, PTSD, depression, anxiety, fragile X syndrome, wheelchair users and more. No matter the diagnosis or mode of mobility, we look at the individual’s needs and ensure classes are adapted to maximize safety and inclusion as much as possible.

Older Adults & Those living with Serious or Chronic Illnesses

Dance doesn’t have an age limit. Movement is something we can all access at any stage in life. We understand that aging and illness can be an emotional transition. Dance can allow us to move with these changes in our lives, while reconnecting us with what our bodies can still do.

Caregivers and Health Providers

We know that caring for others can bring its own challenges. Often as caregivers, we put ourselves at the bottom of our priority lists. Dancing can be a great way to relieve stress, connect with others in your shoes, and help you be more present for yourself and those around you.

Are you a dance instructor who wants to make your classes more inclusive? Maybe you’re a business owner who wants a fun team-building activity for your staff. Perhaps you just have a need for more dance in your life, but can’t attend a regular studio class. We’ve got you covered!
