Our Classes
Dance Technique Foundations
Ever wanted to learn the basics of dance, but felt too intimidated to take a class? Designed for intergenerational movement, our Dance Technique class is a fun, safe way to learn dance basics at a slower pace designed for a variety of learning styles. Small groups allow for more individual guidance and lessen sensory overload.
Improvisation for Social Connection
Harness the power of dance for social connection. Designed for all ages, we use dance improvisation techniques to deepen our connection with ourselves and others. Through partner work, imagery, and play, dancers get to move how their bodies want to move for maximum cognitive, emotional and physical benefits.
Private Lessons
Want to dance, but not in a group setting? We offer 45-minute 1:1 lessons designed specifically for your dance goals. Offered in-home or in-studio, we can accommodate almost any access need so that you can dance your best. Whether you’re looking to improve technique, gain more physical activity, or learn to move with emotions, we’re here to dance your way.

No Panic at the Disco!
Each month, we host a sensory-friendly dance party for all ages and abilities.
Dance for Self-Care
Designed for caregivers, our virtual Dance for Self-Care class offers a space for those caring for others to manage stress, connect with other caregivers, and find resources and support.
Movement is key to self-care. Whether you’re caring for a loved one or a health care provider, dance is a great way to maintain your own wellness. This class provides caregivers practical movement tools they can use on-the-go, as well as designated time to move their bodies in comforting and healing ways.
